Need help with a MetaHex Lab game or a services project? This page explains how we handle support today and how to stay updated as new channels come online.

For players

If you're playing one of our games and run into an issue, the fastest way to get clarity right now is to:

  • Email us at support@metahexlab.com with your device, game, version, and a short description of the issue.
  • Check the FAQs for answers to common questions about our games and studio.
  • Review the Cookie Policy if your question is about data, analytics, or advertising technologies.
  • Watch the Games section on the homepage for notes about new builds, balance passes, and bugfix releases.

For partners & clients

If you're working with MetaHex Lab on a services engagement, we'll use the private support channels set up for your project (for example a shared workspace or chat). Those channels are the best place for:

  • Bug reports with device details, build numbers, and screenshots or videos.
  • Feature requests, tuning feedback, and content review.
  • Scheduling questions and release coordination.

What's coming next

We're still rolling out additional public support tooling. As new options become available (such as a lightweight bug report form), we'll list them here and in our FAQs.
